Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AionRay collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data and operational data when you use the public website, console, APIs, marketplace, and support workflows.

1

1. Information we collect

We collect account and identity details such as name, email, organization context, login events, API key metadata, and administrator actions.

We also collect operational records needed to run the platform, including usage events, billing and revenue records, deployment and training metadata, machine heartbeat and hardware telemetry, marketplace dispute evidence, and support communications.

2

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, schedule workloads, meter usage, reconcile billing and revenue records, investigate disputes, comply with law, and respond to support requests.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified operational data to improve reliability, capacity planning, abuse detection, and product quality.

3

3. Prompts, datasets, model artifacts, and logs

Prompts, datasets, training artifacts, deployment outputs, and related logs are processed so the platform can execute the workflows you request. Storage, logging depth, and audit capture may vary by product configuration, organization settings, and explicit consent or authorization flows.

You control what content you upload into the platform. You should not upload data unless you have the legal right and any required user or customer consent to do so.

4

4. How we share information

We share information with infrastructure providers, storage providers, messaging vendors, and other subprocessors only to the extent required to operate the service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, sanctions or export-control rules, fraud investigations, or to protect AionRay, our users, or the public. We do not sell personal information for unrelated advertising purposes.

5

5. Security and access controls

AionRay uses commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account data, billing records, and workload metadata, including authentication controls, scoped credentials, audit trails, and infrastructure security practices.

No system is perfectly secure. You remain responsible for your own credential hygiene, tenant-side access controls, uploaded content classification, and any downstream use of generated outputs.

6

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account integrity, complete billing and revenue records, resolve disputes, enforce platform policy, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

When retention is no longer required, we delete or anonymize data using commercially reasonable processes, subject to backups, legal holds, and immutable audit requirements.

7

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of personal data. You may also close your account or ask your organization administrator to update workspace information.
