These Terms govern your access to and use of the AionRay platform, including training, deployment, API delivery, marketplace, billing, and related support workflows.
By creating an account, accessing the console, or using any hosted or self-managed AionRay workflow, you agree to these Terms.
If your organization signs a separate order form, enterprise agreement, or marketplace-specific addendum with AionRay, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these public Terms.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account, API keys, and machine credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or credentials unless the activity resulted directly from AionRay’s breach of these Terms or a proven platform-side security incident.
You must promptly notify AionRay if you suspect unauthorized access, credential leakage, or misuse of your organization workspace.
You may not use the platform to break the law, interfere with other tenants, bypass usage controls, abuse marketplace resources, distribute malware, or access systems, data, or models without authorization.
You also may not use AionRay to evade billing, tamper with platform metering, falsify marketplace evidence, or run workloads that materially degrade service availability for other users.
Fees, usage charges, marketplace rentals, revenue records, and platform service fees follow the pricing and billing rules shown in the product or in a separately signed commercial agreement.
You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping billing information accurate. AionRay may hold, freeze, correct, or reverse related accounting records when needed for dispute handling, fraud review, platform risk controls, or legal compliance.
As between you and AionRay, you retain your rights in the datasets, prompts, model artifacts, deployment assets, and other content you upload or generate through the platform, except for rights held by third-party model, dataset, or marketplace licensors.
You grant AionRay a limited right to host, process, transmit, secure, and back up that content only as needed to operate the requested services, enforce platform safety, and fulfill support, billing, audit, and legal obligations. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and consents needed for the content you submit.
AionRay may suspend or limit access if necessary to address billing anomalies, security incidents, suspected abuse, legal demands, sanctions screening, marketplace disputes, or platform integrity risks. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you when doing so would not create additional risk or violate the law.
You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not remove accounting obligations, audit records, or dispute-handling records that must be retained under law or platform policy.
AionRay is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, zero data loss, or fitness for every regulated, safety-critical, or mission-critical workload unless a separate written SLA says otherwise.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AionRay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the platform. Any aggregate direct liability is limited to the fees paid to AionRay for the affected services during the 12 months before the claim, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
